Product availability and delivery times
All orders of in-stock items require two full business day for processing, to which the delivery time must be added. The latter is determined by the method of delivery chosen by the customer at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any failure to respect delivery times.
Delivery fees are determined according to the delivery method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order before taxes. Please view our delivery fees displayed on the checkout box when submitting your order.
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date and issue a full refund for the product. We do ask that the product be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To make a return, take the following steps:
1.Send us an email, stating your name, address, what you ordered, what is the problem and the best way to contact you.
2.We will contact you to arrange the return and your refund.
This will help assure the speedy processing of your return.
Please note that when returning an order for a refund, you will be responsible for the return postage unless an error occurred on our part. Once we have received the shipment, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
